Sometimes the path leads in ways we were not expecting. That is why we are required to walk by faith and not by sight! It is a journey of complete trust in God as He leads us according to His plan. I’m not talking about “guessing” and “hoping”, but I’m talking about faith in God—faith in our Guide!
Often we filter too much through our emotions and our ideas of how we think things should be and look and feel. While I do not understand everything that comes before me, I must trust the sovereignty of our all-knowing God, Who is too wise to make a mistake and too merciful to leave me comfortless! He sees what I can’t see, and He knows what I don’t know…and He is with me, leading me!
The big picture of His plan is so much more than just what I can see in the vicinity of this present moment! We are just “passing through” this moment! Stay on the path and stay focused. Keep moving with determination and faith IN God! He is working in you, for you, and through you, even when you don’t realize it! Be bold! Be strong! The Lord is with you, He fights for you! Let the weak say, “I am strong!” To those who have no might, He is increasing your strength! Rise up, warrior! Shake off the dust of the previous season! Renew your focus. The Lord goes before you, so follow Him, trust Him—”BE and you will see the salvation of the Lord!”
