I found this post I made in 2022, and I wept as I read it. I feel its weight, even still. I felt it was worth a repost. Recently, the Lord led me to discover an amazing quote that was written in a personal letter from Kathryn Kuhlman to a doctor/minister. When I read these words, I literally wept! “There is really no limit to what God can do with a person, providing that one will not touch the glory. God is still waiting for one who will be more fully devoted to Him than any who has ever lived; who will be willing to be nothing, that Christ may be all; who will grasp God’s own purposes, and taking His humility and His faith, His love and His power –without hindering, let God do great things.” ~ Kathryn KuhlmanWhat a powerful statement. It's a message of truth that has been pretty much lost in the Church and ministries today. My heart has been so grieved for what I see in the Church, on Facebook posts, and from ministers. So much of what is preached, written, and even "prophesied" is aimed mostly "against" each other and is streaming mostly from our musings and human logic in an effort to prove our point or attract a crowd. Many of the messages today lack true power because they are not received from time spent in the presence of the Lord, and thus are not spoken from the place of the fear of God. I see a LOT of pride and bitterness disguised as "freedom and revelation.” We have created a tangled mess among ourselves, and while we cast stones at each other, the world is sinking deeper and deeper into gross darkness because of a gross deficit of Light. Whether they know it or will admit it or not, they are groaning for the LIGHT. We are called to be the conduits of that Light that leads them out of darkness and into salvation through Christ. Many boast in their "accomplishments,” but God says that He is "still waiting"! He is waiting for "one who will be more fully devoted to Him than any who has ever lived; who will be willing to be nothing, that Christ may be all." While we take aim at each other, trying to prove that “our way is right,” God says that He is still looking for those who will grasp HIS way and His purposes . . . and without hindering, let Him do great things. My heart cries out . . . "Father, forgive us! Heal us! Get us back to You! May we be awed by You! Jesus, may we get our focus back on the reality of Who You are, and may we be willing to be nothing, that You may be all! Lord, may we grasp Your purposes, taking Your humility, faith, love, and power, surrendering all so as not to hinder You, and so that we can be truly those vessels through which You can reveal Christ and the undeniable demonstration of Your Glory!" ... Sometimes the path before you isn't seen until you make a step of faith! The path is there, but it becomes visible as you trust God and move as He orders your steps. "Stretch out the rod, Moses,” and when He did, the sea parted, and the "way" opened (Exodus 14:16-22). In Luke 17:14, the Bible says of the ten lepers that after Jesus told them to "GO" and show themselves to the priests, "AS THEY WENT" they were cleansed. So, faith IN and obedience TO God are required if we are to know and access "the way" that He has prepared for us. The "way" God has prepared may not always be what and where you thought. That's why we can't "lean on our own understanding." His ways and thoughts are higher than ours. He sees what we don't see, and He knows what we don't know. We have to intentionally and consistently listen to and trust God to guide us and then obediently take the steps down the path that He has prepared for us. Faith and obedience are keys to open the door to what God has in store! ... See MoreSee Less

When Elijah dropped his mantle around Elisha's shoulders, the anointing of God woke up a prophetic calling in Elisha that he didn't even know was inside him. It was a critical moment. Elisha could have said, "I'm a farmer, not a prophet!" and he would have missed a moment that he never would have gotten back again. God knows what is in you. . . . He put it there. And when the timing of God rolls around for that "thing" to be awakened in you, don't dismiss those opportunities or those moments because it doesn't look like who you have been! If all you focus on is who you have been and what you have done, you might miss the opportunities and people that God is desiring to bring into your life now. We must be open to Holy Spirit's leading because He sees what God sees, so He leads according to what God knows and says! When it comes to following the Lord, sometimes, you've got to think outside your box in order to realize He's trying to stretch you and bring you into something greater! ... See MoreSee Less
